THE STOP offers complimentary shipping on all Middle East Orders above 500 AED. Orders generally take 1-2 days to process and another 2-5 days to ship.
Our UAE office operates Sunday through Friday, with the exclusion of UAE public holidays. Please note that orders placed on Friday and Saturday will be processed the following Sunday. THE STOP does not ship to P.O. Boxes.
THE STOP does not currently accept returns on items sold through the Online Store. However, we do accept returns if you receive an incorrect or defective item. Returns of incorrect or defective items will be refunded in the form of online store credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect or defective item, please contact us.
The delivery time on all items is an estimate based on information provided by courier partner, we will not be held accountable for late or missing shipments.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive confirmation e-mail followed up with another e-mail with tracking information so you can monitor your package in transit. To track an order on www.thestopdxb.com please sign in and visit the [Track Order] page.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is recorded as delivered to your address, but you have not received it, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 weeks of placing your order. Once you’ve reported your package as lost, our Support Team will reach out to the dedicated courier company to open an investigation for your package.
THE STOP is not responsible for packages that have been delivered to the wrong address if a customer has provided incorrect or incomplete shipping information. Please confirm your mailing details before placing an order.
To check the status of your order, please visit [My Account], sign in to your account and click [My Orders] tab. Uncompleted payments will automatically be canceled after three days.
If refund request was approved, refunds will be done only through Original Mode of Payment.
International Shipping Duties and Taxes
Orders shipping to destinations outside the United Arab Emirates might incur duties and taxes. If duties and taxes are imposed on your order, they are due at time of delivery. Please consult your local customs office for more details about your country’s duties and taxes. We are not responsible for any import taxes, duties, or brokerages fees which may be incurred on your international order shipment.
Once you complete making a payment, waybill number will be informed by email within 24 hours based on business days, then you may begin tracking the day after.

Shipping to Asia: 1-3 business days
Shipping to Oceania: 2-5 business days
Shipping to Europe: 3-5 business days
Shipping to North America: 5-7 business days

To keep you as one of our most valued customers, THE STOP offers complimentary shipping on all Middle East orders of $135 and above. For orders below this amount standard shipping rates of $25 apply.
Import duties and taxes are excluded from the total price whilst the amount varies depending on quantity, price, and country.

If you would like to amend your shipping address, please contact us immediately by
